Diana Frias

My name is Diana Frias and I am a freshman at Hoover High School. I am very involved in anything such as sports and clubs. I am involved with tennis, water polo (if offered) and I will also be trying out for lacrosse this year to add on the list. I’m a part of Cesar Chavez club, Class of 2021’s advisory board and CAC as well. Everyone has something that makes them stand out, like a certain quality such as their personality or their appearance. What makes me stand out would be standing up for what I believe in even if it means being seen differently.  I will also face any obstacle just to be able to share my thoughts with others. A strength I have is perseverance, this helps me accomplish any task at hand no matter what the situation. On the other hand, my weakness would be procrastination, like many of my fellow classmates, I tend to finish my assignments at the very last minute and that’s a habit that I am working on breaking as soon as possible. I look forward to my years in Hoover and hope to advance in school and life.
