John Hopkins

Many of you probably don’t know me. My name is John Hopkins. I am the youngest in my family since I have two older siblings. I love anything that has to do with music at school.  I’m in drumline and in the marching band, and one time we even won a championship. I have my own band outside of school where we go to places like the Dojo Cafe to perform. Outside of school, I mostly practice alone or as a group with the members as well as hang out with friends. I want people to know that even though school can get difficult and maybe even complicated, it can be worth it at the end. Never give up on your dream. Life itself is full of rhythms, your heart, the oceans and even the universe. If you take a second to notice the nature around you, you can hear music and that is what inspired me to to be who I am.
