Naomi Abraham

Naomi Abraham, a current senior at Hoover High School, is one of this school’s most amazing and hardworking students. Naomi comes from a very competitive high school, Patrick Henry; she came to Hoover her junior year and is going to graduate here as well, with honors. When asked what motivates her to come to school she responded with “Getting an education and learning, I take advantage of what is given to me because I know that there are many children who are not able to get an education.”

Naomi is on the 2018 senior class cabinet as vice president, the Black Student Union president, and is a student representative for the Social Justice Academy. She is currently taking AP Spanish, AP Literature, and AP Calculus. She is able to balance her classes and clubs and states, “I’m managing;  the most important thing to me is staying organized and keeping a planner, and not procrastinating.”

Her goal for this semester is to end with all A’s. Abraham is sure she wants to pursue her career in the medical field/ research in hope of, “Finding a cure to cancer,” to make a change in the lives of many human beings.
