Jungkook first auditioned to be in BTS in 2011 where he was accepted into the group and became a trainee in South Korea. He wasn’t always loved by the audience and struggled a lot since he was only 15 when he first performed in 2013. He went through the struggle of having to share a room with all the rest of the members of the group and work hard every day to achieve where they are now. When Jungkook became a trainee, he worked every day as hard as he could and he never gave up on achieving his biggest dreams.
After the group became so recognizable and loved by fans, Jugnkook decided to depart as a solo artist but still be in the group. He was the first Korean artist to achieve charts in Western music and he has left such a good image for Korean pop stars. He has left such a positive image in how people view Korean artists in Western music.
His solo debut album GOLDEN reached 1.5 million views within hours which made him such an amazing and talented artist. His hit songs “Standing Next To You,” “3D,” and “Seven” broke the charts. Jungkook has shown his love and thankfulness to his fans by performing his songs live and selling plenty of copies of his album. Jungkook still has a long way to go but he has become such a great artist that will always be known forever.
