I believe family is important to me because without my family I wouldn’t have gotten as far as I have.
My family is my back support when it’s most needed. Whenever I have a soccer game or an important event, I know I’ll always have at least one family member watching me in the crowds cheering me on. When I’m with my family, I feel closer and safer. Although family can cause harm towards you and hurt you in many ways mentally, and probably physically, there will always be someone that has your back like a cousin or siblings. We grew up together with our family; mom, dad, or maybe an aunt or uncle.
It’s when you don’t realize how much effort our families put in until they are gone for good. Many passings of curtain family members will cause us to shut down, and maybe not want to speak to no one, but maybe with one lost another bond will appear. With the passing of a loved one it can make or break many families, but at the end of the day you are all together grieving as a whole. There’s a reason why we have so many family members and for that I am grateful. They are always helping me through my hard times and always there for me, no matter what. My family has always been there for me emotionally. Our families are built in friends, someone we will always have near, so you’ll never need to worry about being alone.
This is why family is important, because of the support and love they have given us through out their lives. Our families work so hard, and yes we can argue and may not see eye to eye, but at the end of the day they are hopefully, the people who’ll most likely never hurt us.
