One time I was wandering around with my mom trying to find a sushi place. I came across this one place on El Cajon Boulevard called Sushi Factory, which is also a Japanese restaurant that offers different types of Japanese food, but their main two are sushi and ramen.
My mom and I sat at a table that they offered us and brought us a menu as well. The place looked very nice inside and the waiters were friendly too. My mom and I looked over the menu, and I decided to try their Philadelphia roll as well as the California one. Both of them didn’t take a long time to get to our table after the waiter took our order, which is something I really like.

Once me and my mom tried the food, we were in love with the food that the restaurant served to us. We thought it was a very unique place, and kind of hidden since it is in a very small mall at the corner of El Cajon and 54th Street. It is right across the street of El Pollo Loco.
Something I liked about the food and the place is that it genuinely feels like a nice Japanese restaurant. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality they present. The Philadelphia roll was around $14, which in my personal opinion, is a very reasonable price for a sushi restaurant.

I would give it a solid rating of eight and a half out of ten. The quality, the personality, and the vibes that this restaurant gives you is something pretty solid. I’m definitely coming back again with the hopes of getting something different that would surprise me as much as the other rolls did. This is a super recommendable place to go with family.
Check them out! Sushi Factory
