During the winter, the weather is very fickle because in the morning it can be freezing cold, but when noon come, it can be burning hot and because of the rapid change of temperature, many people become ill. To be prepared for the weather, you should wear a sweater or a jacket that is not colored black because when it is noon, the color will black absorb heat and it can overheat your body. You can take off your sweater when it gets too hot, but it’s really annoying to carry it around. You might have heard this multiple times but washing your hands can help prevent sickness because germs are the reason that you get sick, so getting rid of it will increase your chances of not getting sick. Another way that you can stay healthy is by exercising daily because when you exercise your body sweats and sweating is a great way to release bad fluid from your body. Eating a healthy diet can also keep your body in shape, thus making you healthy. A lot of people don’t like to eat vegetables but it provides a lot of nutrients that keep your body healthy.

When you actually do get sick, the best way to get better is to get plenty of sleep because your body repairs itself when you are sleeping so resting can make you feel better. Drinking medicine can be a pain but you have to do it because it will make you feel better. If you can’t drink pills, you should try crushing it up and mix it with water. Keeping your body healthy is important but you also need to keep your mind limber. Staying mentally active is good for your health because mentally-challenging activities will reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s.
