Manhwa is the general Korean term for comics and print cartoons.  One that I really like is  Solo Leveling.

Solo Leveling takes place in South Korea, about a world where hunters, humans who possess magical abilities, must battle deadly monsters to protect the human race from certain annihilation.  A notoriously weak hunter named Sung Jinwoo finds himself in a seemingly endless struggle for survival. This is a world where portals to dungeons filled with different monsters appeared randomly. Solo Leveling is centered around Sung Jin-Woo, an E-rank hunter, and his journey to becoming an S-rank hunter after receiving a reawakening. Sung Jun-Woo was so weak that he was known as “ the world’s weakest hunter” Even all the E-rank hunters were by far stronger than him.

The plot of Solo Leveling may not be anything new but the unexpectedly complex world-building, on the other hand, keeps things interesting and helps to support the relatively limited plot. Beyond just finding out what new power-up Jin-Woo will obtain next, Solo Leveling creates a genuine sense of wonder in its world.

This manhwa is so good that I read it in three days which probably took me 12+ hours to fully read. Solo Leveling is one of my favorite manhwas! The color and art in Solo Leveling are incredibly detailed. One thing is that there is a lot of other manhwas like this that have around the same storyline, but what makes up for it is how good the art is. The action scenes are so well drawn. My favorite character is, of course, Sung JinWoo. He is the main character of the story and is the strongest. In the manwha, they leave out a lot of details because they aren’t able to draw every single thing that happened in the novel but it is still so amazing. This is something you should consider reading.
