Food glorius food

Although I am a very picky person when it comes to food, I love the food I am most comfortable with. Food is very underrated and overrated when it comes to people’s mental and physical health.

Food is one popular coping habit to have. It can help you disconnect from the world’s problems, or just your own personal issues. Food can have its own consequences on the human body or soul, it just depends on the person who sees the negativity in human consumption. Food comes with the good and bad in my opinion. I can’t help myself if I love food so much. But in this generation, although it has changed drastically, people still question body size.

Myself, and so many others, are sensitive with our body type because our society has so many expectations for women and men. Being over the so-called “normal” weight means we eat too much, and being too skinny means we need to eat more. Society is just really messed up but it doesn’t mean we have to change who we are just because someone says something mean.

Food is a big part of my life!  It’s delicious, soothing and there is so much of it in the world. Food is not just one singular thing. It’s a family thing, a couple thing, a friendship thing, it’s so many things only food can decide what it is. Having such a blessing of food in our lives makes me incredibly grateful for the little things in life that we have.
