Kitzia Angulo was born on January 30 and is a senior in the VAPA academy.

Kitzia loves being artistic and expressing her creativity, and always encourages others to be their authentic selves. She loves being in the VAPA academy because of the community, especially how sweet and welcoming everyone is. Her favorite class is theater as it allows her to express herself in a safe space and connect with other people who love being creative. Kitzia is a very supportive person, always pushing her friends to try new things or step out of their comfort zones.

After graduating high school, Kitzia’s dream school is San Diego State University and she hopes to eventually become an accountant. After high school, she wants to move out and get her own place where she can grow and become more independent. She also wants to get a pet so she can have a little companion. In order to achieve her ideal future, she knows she is going to have to put in a lot of hard work, but she believes that her effort will pay off and is very determined.

Her favorite movie is Grave of the Fireflies, although it is a sad movie, she loves the sibling relationship and finds the story very moving. Her favorite band is Panchiko, and she likes all of their music but especially the song “Deathmetal.” In the future, Kitzia wants to travel and see other cultures and how diverse the world is. She wants to go to China to experience their music, food, and architecture.

She loves art and how diverse and unique it can be. Kitzia loves to be true to herself and express her creativity in any way she can.
