A career will benefit you

The career I want to do is social work or something that has to do with talking to people about their problems. I still need to choose if I want to talk with children or adults.

I’m more likely to pick children as adults paranoid me.  I can’t stay in conversation with adults without feeling awkward. But I wouldn’t mind adults, it’s just that fear. I do hope once I achieve my career that I’ll be able to help others. I don’t care if I have to take many years of schooling just to get this career. I’ll take as many years so I can have a lot of knowledge to be able to help others. I want to help those who are struggling, to get the help they need. I want to talk to people even if they are going through a hard time.

I’ve had this experience as well, talking to someone about my problems as I was going through a hard time when I was young. Talking to someone allowed me to release all the pain and hurt that I was feeling. I want to do the same for others as we should be able to talk about our problems. I don’t want others to fall into addictions to get rid of the pain as all it does is make a person worse. People will get into substance abuse to try to dull the pain. I want to help those so it doesn’t get to that point.

I’ve always wanted to have a career that has to do with helping people, especially with their problems. Which is why I’m trying to learn more about human behaviors, our brains and much more about our human body. As all these things will factor in why learning more about us humans, will help me understand why we do certain things.
