Osbaldo Rodriguez is an 11th grader at Hoover High School and he was born in April 23. He is taking publications because he didn’t want to be in AJROTC and wanted to try something new. He is currently 16 years young and his role model is his dad. He attended Wilson Middle School and his parents are from Morelos, Mexico. Osbaldo will end up graduating from Hoover as the class of 2022. People refuse to wear a mask because they believe it’s a way for the government to control us. Everyone can stay safe if they just wear their mask and follow directions by practicing social distancing.
