Monse Sanchez, Staff Writer
Monse Sanchez is a senior and a cheerleader at Hoover High school. Some of her goals for her senior year are to finish off the year with a 3.0 or higher, go to most if not all senior activities, and to get her license. After high school, she plans on going to community college and then transfer to a four-year college to become a pediatric nurse.
She and her two older sisters were born and raised in San Diego. Some of her favorite foods are Aguachile, tacos, and pasta. In her free time, she loves going to the gym, hiking or just staying home and binge watching her all-time favorite show, Desperate Housewives.
To change the world, she would become an advocate for immigrants who are in need of resources to receive the equal opportunities as U.S. citizens. She believes society could make healthcare more accessible and affordable for everyone, because it should be a right, not a privilege for someone to stay healthy and get the proper care that they need.
