Vanessa Medina, Staff Writer
Vanessa Medina is a 17 year old Senior in the ALMA academy. She is an active member of ROTC and is the brigade commander for the SDUSD JROTC brigade which means she is the highest ranking cadet in the 13 schools. Not only that, but she is the president of Academic League, which is a club that competes with others in regards to knowledge. She is also the treasurer for Speech and Debate. In her free time she enjoys watching tv and sleeping. After high school, she hopes to graduate and get into West Point, as a second choice she hopes to get into the University of Chicago. He favorite tv shows are Veep and Man In The High Castle. Something she wants to try is sky diving.
