Jackie Patricio is a 12th grader born on May 30th,  in San Diego. She’s graduating in 2021. Jackie’s taking publications because she wants to get more involved in school and because it looks like fun. She is 17 years old and went to Farb Middle School. Her mom is her role model. Jackie’s mom’s side of the family is from Cuernavaca, Morelos and her dad’s side is from Acapulco, Guerrero. She thinks people refuse to wear masks because some people claim that they can’t breathe, the virus isn’t out there, or they think wearing a mask is political. A way she thinks everyone can be safer during this pandemic is by wearing your mask, staying home, and not going out to big gatherings.
