Stephanie Hernandez is only a junior but has made her mark on Hoover’s varsity girls soccer team.

Stephanie knew where her priorities stood from a young age, actively joining and playing in club soccer teams. Thankfully she brought her skills here and continues to work hard everyday furthering her abilities the best she can. Her talent shows, whenever she is on the field, she contributes to having the most goals and assists like in their game against Mar Vista High School.

Stephanie knows she can always count on her family to be by her side, especially her older brother who played by her side. She is fully dedicated to her sport, making sure she attends all practices and puts her all in games. Though she knows she is good, she is very humble and deep down she is afraid that she is not doing as well as she could be. She not only doesn’t let this stop her, she uses this fear along with her dream to become a pro player, as her motivation to do even better.

To wind down Stephanie looks towards music whenever she gets the chance and listens to her favorite song “Todo En Mi Cambio.”
