Jasmin Gallegos is 17 years old and a senior at Hoover High School for the 2024-2025 school year.

This school year her biggest goals are to graduate in white and be accepted into a good college. Her dream career has been the same since she was a little girl, which is to be an elementary school teacher. Her grades are really important to her and she hopes to end the year proud of what she accomplished.

Another thing that is really important to her is her cat, Loki who she adopted last October. She got him as a kitten and loves spending time with him and watching him grow up.  She used to be scared of animals but since getting a cat she has started appreciating animals more.

In her free time, she likes to watch movies, with her favorite genre being romantic comedies. Jasmin also loves going to the theater with her sister to watch musicals like Aladdin, which they saw last year. One of her favorite pastimes is laying in bed with her mom and watching bad movies on TV.

Next year she plans on going to a four-year university with the University Of San Francisco being her top choice. She wants to focus this school year on making memories and enjoying her last year of high school.
