I personally love the movie Up.  It’s so colorful, and it just feels so heartwarming. This Disney movie taught me that even in hard times, there’s always gonna be someone there for you and how to appreciate the things you have in your life. I love how it shows from when he was little to when he got older, and he was so innocent that he could not assimilate the pain and sadness of being old and alone.

It always makes you cry with the popular song they play. When I was a kid, I kept thinking that if my parents were old and died, I would be alone. When I was little I never understood why he was always grumpy, and now I know why, because he had no one and always stayed in his house with no adventure. Unlike when he was little and growing up, he met his wife, and they would always do adventurous things till she passed away. Overall, this movie is very touching and shows the value of life, and how you live it impacts you deeply.  

Another iconic Disney movie is The Princess and the Frog. This movie I have watched so many times in my life because of how romantic it is.  Everything in this movie is seriously good with the colors and designs, they never missed a detail. Tiana is a very hard-working girl and shows it’s possible to achieve what you want in life.  I’ve always been more positive with my work because Tiana shows us we can do things to get to our dreams. The whole movie is magical and majestic. I bet whoever watched this movie has their standards really high because of how Naveen treated Tiana in the movie. 

And finally, the best of all times, The Book Of Life. A group of three friends growing up together and living different lives. Manolo’s family is a bull-fighting family, and he was taught to do so even if he wanted to play the guitar. I relate to this because in Mexican cultures their family traditions must be followed. If they’re not followed, then we’ll be disowned or disrespect our family’s last name. This movie is so good because it shows the good and bad in life. Especially when two boys fight for a girl, a girl who said “I belong to no one.” It shows girls don’t need a man but also if one is willing to prove to her. It shows the love triangle but also how it can affect your life and everyone around you.
