Kathe Minchaca is a senior and is apart of the advisory board for the Academy of Information Technology She’s also part of JROTC and has commanded an Un-armed drill team to represent Hoover. Since age 11, she has had a passion for music and learned to play the drums. Over the years she has invested her time to try and learn as much as she can do to practice and become a better drummer. When she has free time, which is most of the time, she spends it re-watching her favorite shows on Netflix, such as Parks and Recreation and The Office instead of watching new shows. One of her other interests is Marvel Comics. She became a fan of the Avengers since the first movie. Her favorite superhero is Thor, and because of her love toward the Marvel Cinematic Universe, she aspires to become part of the Marvel franchise and work behind the cameras. She would like to excel in her career by becoming a filmmaker and taking charge of the cameras or editing the films.
