Gray Boul, Staff Writer
My name is Gray Boul. I’m a senior at Herbert Hoover High School and I was born and raised here in San Diego. I’m 18 years old and I was born on January 2nd, which makes me a Capricorn! I chose to be in publications because it really feels like I get to connect to the students and staff that go to Hoover and also I want to improve my writing skills when it comes to publishing things that I worked on myself. I’ve been wanting to take publications/yearbook since freshman year but I’ve never gotten the chance to and now that I’m in this class it feels great! I hope this new year is full of blessings and accomplishments. Last year was a major struggle for lots of people and this is the year people hope things get better. I’m improving mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally this year. Something that I’m able to do is that I play five instruments! I know other people can too but definitely not a lot. I’m pretty sure it’s rare. A superpower I wish to have is to be able to read people’s minds! My favorite food is carne asada fries or Mexican food in general. San Diego’s Mexican food is top tier and no other city or state can beat it. My future plans are to get a degree, learn real estate, and also learn to invest my money so I can be wealthy when I’m older.
